As Technology advances we may be losing our jobs.

You may see some sighting now with McDonald's kiosks.,Driver less cars and many more.
How would you like it if your job was taken away by a robot after so many years of schooling?
This seems crazy to think our future is in the hands of robots. Right now it is easy to make robots do algorithmic things such as factory work and have only a few problems and saves the company tons of money in the long run. Being in a business makes this seem like the most logical step in making maximum profit.
We have already started
You can see that we have already granted citizenship to a robot. What will come next... No one exactly knows. This just starts a new revolution. Maybe it can benefit us for example we have a machine that can detect cancer and other diseases better than doctors can but at what cost, maybe a few doctors lose this position. It's like what if in twenty years doctors are simply just the emotion factor of delivering news to the patient because the machine does all the work or there were just robot doctors all together. This could happen to teachers also. The state could get a program where they only allowed robot teachers to teach the curriculum with what they wanted the kids to know. Almost to the point of brainwashing.
This does not benefit everyone. The social divide will become even more real. The rich will get richer and the middle class will either go with the rich or the poor. So many jobs will be taken at this point that the poor will have no chance what so ever. I am not saying this will happen in our lifetime but you never know.

Process
I found my first source online looking for a video I watched in philosophy class (link is above) for one of our topics. I found this source to be very similar in that aspect and the title will make you think twice about robots.
Solon, Olivia. “More than 70% of US fears robots taking over our lives, survey finds.” The Guardian, Guardian News and Media, 4 Oct. 2017, www.theguardian.com/technology/2017/oct/04/robots-artificial-intelligence-machines-us-survey.
I knew there was a machine like this but many people do not know because they have't been able to use this machine. This is a perfect representation of what the world has already come to and makes you think what will happen next.
Dent, Steve. “Simple breath test can detect cancer and 16 other diseases.” Engadget, 29 Dec. 2016, www.engadget.com/2016/12/29/simple-breath-test-can-detect-cancer-and-16-other-diseases/.
The terms I looked into was "robots taking over the world". This is basically all you need to search up for more information on this scary life topic.
Reflection
The audience is you all, to whom that may be concerned about you possible near future. I am trying to make you aware and inform of what could happen next in our lives, if not maybe the next generation. Choosing this basis as my topic was because I am highly interested in our future.(who isn't?) I wanted to try a different way of informing and being more entertaining than previous attempts. This has informed me in knowing I am not alone that this is a high possibility of the future but it also scares me since I am not the only one.
